I can not stop looking at this piece. One finds something new everytime they see it. The viewer is drawn in both by the dream like quality as well as the magical feel of it. One has to ponder if city below is just an illusion and will disappear once the water starts rippling more or if it will linger. Drawing the woman into its streets like a mother would hold out her open arms for a child.

The few colours used give a sense of an enchanted night, everything bathed in moon and star glow as if being caressed by the very heavens themselves. This is full of wonder, excitement, and anticipation. A standing ovation to the artist! Bravo!
